Each room is equipped with its own individually adjustable air conditioner to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Savor a delicious BBQ on the gas grill while enjoying the warm Florida evenings. Please note that we charge $0.20 per kWh for electricity usage, with the average daily consumption being around $20. Please be aware that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the designated guest must be present for the entire stay. This policy is strictly enforced and a valid driver's license or state ID will be required. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Any unauthorized pets found on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, up to $1,000. Smoking is also strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fee. We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each can, and 2 extra for the kitchen. We also supply some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. Any additional supplies must be provided by the guest. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you do need to cancel, please note that a $100 processing fee will be charged.
