About this property
Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This spacious four-bedroom home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Newly furnished, the interior is modern and stylish. Step outside to your own personal oasis, complete with an electric heated pool and hot tub for year-round enjoyment. The large lanai is ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining while taking in the serene waterfront views. With convenient access to the Gulf, this house is perfect for both peaceful relaxation and adventurous fun. Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for booking and the registered guest must be present for the entire stay. A valid driver's license or state ID will be required for all bookings. We enforce this policy strictly and no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to make a reservation. For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove it immediately and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $500, which may be increased up to $1,000 in some cases. We have a strict no smoking policy, and any signs of smoking will result in a charge of $300. We provide a basic set of consumables for your convenience, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per trash can, plus 2 extras, 1 roll of kitchen paper, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest, and we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests. In addition to our cancellation policy, we charge a $100 processing fee for all cancellations due to the amount of work and potential loss of other interested parties. Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem. It’s beautiful inside and out. Super clean! The pool was our favorite place to be. Lots of options for sitting. The canal is quiet, not much traffic, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The host was very flexible, very nice, easy to contact, and was eager to help with whatever we needed. 5 stars! Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Quelle belle propriété! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiatement dès notre arrivée. La cour arrière était notre endroit préféré. Quartier très calme. La maison était très bien équipée. Le système de climatisation un peu bruyant mais nous nous y sommes habitués. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, très sympathique et bonne communication. À noter qu’il demande de rencontrer les locataires le lendemain de l’arrivée mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème. Je séjournerait de nouveau dans cette propriété et je recommande à 100%. Merci pour tout

We had an amazing stay in Cape Coral! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need—and more. The master bed was super comfortable, and I absolutely loved the makeup vanity in the bath. The outdoor pool area was very private, and we especially enjoyed the lighted pool at night. We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying the pool when we weren’t exploring the local restaurants. Michael was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
