And with a minimum age requirement of 25 to book, you can rest assured that your stay will be peaceful and enjoyable. The property also boasts high vaulted ceilings, 2 master bedrooms, and a large pool area, making it ideal for families, groups, and couples. Step outside and soak up the sun, take a dip in the pool, or enjoy a meal with loved ones on the outdoor patio. When you're ready to explore, take the boat out for a day of fishing, or simply enjoy the stunning waterfront views. Please note that a consumption fee for electricity applies, but with an average of only $20 per day, it won't break the bank. And for our guests' convenience, we provide a basic set of consumables to get you started. We do have a strict no smoking and no pets policy to ensure the comfort of all our guests. And to protect our rental from any potential damage, we also require a $500 non-refundable fee for any unauthorized pets. At this luxurious villa, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we also highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure a worry-free stay. Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem. It’s beautiful inside and out. Super clean! The pool was our favorite place to be. Lots of options for sitting. The canal is quiet, not much traffic, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The host was very flexible, very nice, easy to contact, and was eager to help with whatever we needed. 5 stars! Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you so much!

The home was very comfortable and relaxing. My daughter loved the pool! Michael was very informative and responsive. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The beds were comfortable.

Quelle belle propriété! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiatement dès notre arrivée. La cour arrière était notre endroit préféré. Quartier très calme. La maison était très bien équipée. Le système de climatisation un peu bruyant mais nous nous y sommes habitués. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, très sympathique et bonne communication. À noter qu’il demande de rencontrer les locataires le lendemain de l’arrivée mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème. Je séjournerait de nouveau dans cette propriété et je recommande à 100%. Merci pour tout

We had an amazing stay in Cape Coral! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need—and more. The master bed was super comfortable, and I absolutely loved the makeup vanity in the bath. The outdoor pool area was very private, and we especially enjoyed the lighted pool at night. We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying the pool when we weren’t exploring the local restaurants. Michael was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
