This spacious 5-bedroom villa offers stunning waterfront views and gulf access, making it the perfect choice for families and groups. Enjoy your own private heated pool, where you can bask in the Florida sun and take a refreshing dip. For a little friendly competition, the property also features a pool billiard table, Jacuzzi, kayaks, and table tennis. With something for everyone, it's the ultimate vacation destination. Please note, access to the boat dock and lift is only available to guests who have rented a boat from Cape Coral Charterboats. In addition, a minimal electricity fee of $ 0.20 / kwh is charged - the average consumption is approximately $20.00 / day. We have a strict minimum age requirement of 25 and require the responsible party to be present during the entire stay. Valid identification is also required for all bookings. Please also note that we do not allow pets on the property. Furthermore, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking on the premises. An extra charge of $300.00 will be applied if any signs of smoking are found. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a basic set of consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and detergent. Please note that a full propane tank for the grill is not supplied. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Please be aware that cancellations incur a processing fee of $100.00. Thank you for understanding and cooperation. Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem. It’s beautiful inside and out. Super clean! The pool was our favorite place to be. Lots of options for sitting. The canal is quiet, not much traffic, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The host was very flexible, very nice, easy to contact, and was eager to help with whatever we needed. 5 stars! Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you so much!

The home was very comfortable and relaxing. My daughter loved the pool! Michael was very informative and responsive. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The beds were comfortable.

Quelle belle propriété! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiatement dès notre arrivée. La cour arrière était notre endroit préféré. Quartier très calme. La maison était très bien équipée. Le système de climatisation un peu bruyant mais nous nous y sommes habitués. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, très sympathique et bonne communication. À noter qu’il demande de rencontrer les locataires le lendemain de l’arrivée mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème. Je séjournerait de nouveau dans cette propriété et je recommande à 100%. Merci pour tout

We had an amazing stay in Cape Coral! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need—and more. The master bed was super comfortable, and I absolutely loved the makeup vanity in the bath. The outdoor pool area was very private, and we especially enjoyed the lighted pool at night. We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying the pool when we weren’t exploring the local restaurants. Michael was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
