We have a strict minimum age requirement of 25 and require the responsible party to be present during the entire stay. Valid identification is also required for all bookings. Please also note that we do not allow pets on the property. Furthermore, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking on the premises. An extra charge of $300.00 will be applied if any signs of smoking are found. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a basic set of consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and detergent. Please note that a full propane tank for the grill is not supplied.
