Experience the ultimate luxury vacation with this gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully-furnished house. The spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts high ceilings, providing a grand and comfortable atmosphere for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Step outside onto the sunny pool area with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool, offering stunning views of the river. Relax and unwind in the evening while enjoying a refreshing drink on the terrace by the pool or grilling up a delicious meal on the separate barbecue terrace. It doesn't get any better than this! For your entertainment, the house is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, high-speed WIFI, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and more. You'll also have access to a dishwasher, washer, and dryer for your convenience. Please note that we charge $0.20 per kwh for electricity usage. On average, guests use around $15.00-$20.00 per day. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we will provide a basic set of consumables, including 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can, plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, you will need to take care of your own needs for the remainder of your stay. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem. It’s beautiful inside and out. Super clean! The pool was our favorite place to be. Lots of options for sitting. The canal is quiet, not much traffic, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The host was very flexible, very nice, easy to contact, and was eager to help with whatever we needed. 5 stars! Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you so much!

The home was very comfortable and relaxing. My daughter loved the pool! Michael was very informative and responsive. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The beds were comfortable.

Quelle belle propriété! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiatement dès notre arrivée. La cour arrière était notre endroit préféré. Quartier très calme. La maison était très bien équipée. Le système de climatisation un peu bruyant mais nous nous y sommes habitués. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, très sympathique et bonne communication. À noter qu’il demande de rencontrer les locataires le lendemain de l’arrivée mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème. Je séjournerait de nouveau dans cette propriété et je recommande à 100%. Merci pour tout

We had an amazing stay in Cape Coral! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need—and more. The master bed was super comfortable, and I absolutely loved the makeup vanity in the bath. The outdoor pool area was very private, and we especially enjoyed the lighted pool at night. We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying the pool when we weren’t exploring the local restaurants. Michael was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
