Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem. It’s beautiful inside and out. Super clean! The pool was our favorite place to be. Lots of options for sitting. The canal is quiet, not much traffic, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The host was very flexible, very nice, easy to contact, and was eager to help with whatever we needed. 5 stars! Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Quelle belle propriété! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiatement dès notre arrivée. La cour arrière était notre endroit préféré. Quartier très calme. La maison était très bien équipée. Le système de climatisation un peu bruyant mais nous nous y sommes habitués. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, très sympathique et bonne communication. À noter qu’il demande de rencontrer les locataires le lendemain de l’arrivée mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment posé de problème. Je séjournerait de nouveau dans cette propriété et je recommande à 100%. Merci pour tout

We had an amazing stay in Cape Coral! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need—and more. The master bed was super comfortable, and I absolutely loved the makeup vanity in the bath. The outdoor pool area was very private, and we especially enjoyed the lighted pool at night. We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying the pool when we weren’t exploring the local restaurants. Michael was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

I have never left a bad review, but unfortunately in this case I will have to. We were woken up at 9 am Saturday morning by our host Michael. He invaded our privacy by screaming “hello!” in the backyard and through our windows, since we were sleeping and did not hear the door knock. Apparently, he wrote that we had an appointment and we missed it. Either way it was very uncomfortable. He then proceeded to have me sign a contract outside of Airbnb and asked us to pay the electric bill. He later changed the home description saying that we would have to pay to try and confuse us, when Airbnb clearly stated that we had already paid everything in full. (Scam) It was also unsettling that the host specially demanded cash for the electric bill. When the host came Saturday he asked how old we were and I told him that we were 24. He was totally ok with it and even said he had a son the same age. Then all of the sudden the age description says we need to be 25 to book… (he changed it clearly.)

Cancellation policy

This property follows Quality Home Service’s standard cancellation policy.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Quality Home Service will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Quality Home Service will match it.
